For what computer/motherboard brand and model? Sigmatel does not offer any end-user support, that must come from the pc or motherboard vendor/manufacturer.
A company called IDT bought out Sigmatel. One computer maker that uses lots of Sigmatel sound chips is Dell (there may be others as well). If your computer is a Dell, you can get support from their website:
