Find and use the Search this Forum link found at the top-right of this forum to search for other Smartlink threads previously answered.
Or post a valid Smartlink modem model number along with the chipset number and we'll attempt to help you.
Did this device come pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase? If yes, name the computer brand and model that it came installed in.
Used in a desktop or laptop? Did it come from the factory with Windows XP installed?
