Drivers for Vista:
The drivers needed to connect your Sony camcorder to a computer and transfer files are already included in the operating system.
Not Supported:
The USB streaming feature is not supported with the Windows Vista operating system.
The Windows Vista Starter edition is not supported.

Note: Streaming video is not transferred via USB, that must be done via the I-Link or Firewire connection.
All you can do via USB is transfer still photos to the pc.
