VIA doesn't make the S3G ProSavageDDR, S3 does. You must provide an accurate description of your hardware if you expect anyone to help.
When you select "Other" in the interface box, we have no way to know if your video/graphics adapter is integrated on your motherboard or if it's an add-on PCI/PCI-E or AGP card. So lets start there first....
What is the interface? ie: how does the hardware connect to the pc? (integrated on the motherboard, PCI, PCI-E, ISA, or AGP?)
Did it come pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase or did you add it on later?
Used in a desktop or laptop computer? Factory or custom built?
Brand and model of the computer and/or the motherboard (if retail)?
Did it come from the factory with Windows 7 installed?
BIOS ID string (found on the lower-left corner of your monitor screen during bootup)?

EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware onboard a mb. as well as the actual motherboard. It will, in some cases, actually provide a download link for the driver.
