Please read the 878 STICKY that posted a few threads above yours. Windows 2000 uses the same driver as Windows XP does.

Otherwise, post the brand and model of your tv tuner card. Conexant 878 is only a chipset on the card (not the card brand and model). Many card makers used this chipset in building their tv tuner cards.
