I don't believe I've ever heard of a graphics card or graphics chip with a SCSI interface. Most are either integrated on the motherboard or add-on to fit a PCI or AGP slot in the computer.
Is it integrated on the motherboard or is it an add-on device?
Did the device come pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase?
Used in a desktop or laptop computer?
Brand and model of your computer?
Brand and model of your motherboard (if it's a retail motherboard) and it's bios id string?
Did it come with Windows XP installed from the factory or vendor?
If the device came pre-installed in your computer from it's vendor, you need to look to that vendor for support. If you added it to the computer later, then you need to go to the manufacturer of the device for support.
