Need driver for unit to play DVD movies in Win XP will read cd's but not DVD Dual Layered or regular.

A driver doesn't exist except for what the OS provides automatically. And a driver is not what responsible for playing dvd disks. That task if handled by the dvd decoding software.... like WinDVD or PowerDVD.

Install dvd decoding software that's compatible with Windows XP and your problem will be solved. Don't use older dvd decoding software designed to be used in Windows 9x or Windows ME. It won't work in Windows XP.
