Prescott 533 is not a Asrock motherboard model number, it's a term meaning the mb contains a Prescott chipset running at 533 mhz. One such mb. is the Asrock P4VM890 found here: (there could very well be others too)

If you want an exact driver for your motherboard, you gotta provide the exact/valid model number and include the name of the hardware device you want the driver for.
