Acer (BenQ) does not post drivers according to the model number found on the label on the rear of the scanner. They post them according to the label name found on the top lid of the scanner. ie: 640p, 610P, 620U, 610S, 4300U, 320U, S2W3300U, etc.

BenQ has not (and never will) write drivers for Windows 7. The scanner technology does not allow a parallel port scanner to work in Windows 7.

If you care to try the fix for Windows XP (perhaps it will work in Windows 7), then try this: (but there is no known fix for using parallel port scanners in Windows 7)
