Exclamation DRIVER NEEDED: MAG InnoVision™ 780 (Windows XP Home) [Parallel Port]

I just got a used MAG InnoVision LCD monitor model #780. It worked before I got it. When I connected it, it worked until the desktop came up then went blank. I can turn the power off and back on and it comes on for about 3 seconds then turns off. I have updated the video card driver, tried it in safe mode and made sure it was not set to turn off in the display properties. I figure (as I did from the start) it needed a driver. The device manager simply says 'plug and play' monitor. InnoVision was bought out by Provision. Emails to both websites have gone unresponded to. Anyone happen to have this driver??
Thanks.

I'm not sure what your term means: "It worked before I got it" - that's a pretty confusing statement.

How do you know it worked?.... before you got it, how could you tell?

And monitors have a VGA interface, not a Parallel interface as stated. I certainly hope that you haven't connected it to a parallel port. I don't think that's possible though.

Mag doesn't list this model: http://www.maginnovision.com/Support/Downloads.aspx

In Device Manager, under Monitors, if it states: "Plug & Play" (as you stated) then it doesn't need a driver installed.... Windows XP is providing the needed support. It sounds like you have a monitor problem or a video adapter driver problem. I'd test it on another pc to make sure.
