Even though the uploader called it a driver, it's only a pdf file. But perhaps it contains info that will allow you to use the device. Or you can visit the manufacturers website to see if they post any drivers.

You should have made note that it's a sports camcorder more than a digital camera. No driver is require to transfer movies to your computer and it's not done with the usb port, the firewire port must be utilized to do this task. The usb port is only for transfer of still pictures.
This model is listed on the menu of this Samsung web page, but when you select the SC-X105L, it errors out.
From this page, select SC-X105L (from the drop-down menu) and you will see the page error:
