Is it a retail or OEM product? Did it come pre-installed in your pc at the time of purchase? If so, you will need to tell us what the pc brand and model is and indicate if it's a laptop or desktop pc. And did the pc come with Windows 7 installed from the factory?
Indicating the country of origin and the fcc id number might also help.
