56k internal modem is not a modem model number, it's simply a term describing the modem speed and that it's an internal device. That description could apply to hundreds of modems. Perhaps you can find a matching driver on the manufacturers website.
If this device came installed in your pc at the time of purchase, you need to say what the pc brand and model is. Or simply visit their website to see if they offer this driver.
