I found it listed on the
Pro-Nets website, but they don't even mention drivers. Probably because they leave support up to the vendor who sells the device.
It also came installed in certain Gateway computers:

Note: This file contains the
Windows Vista(64-bit) ProNet network driver for the computer models and components listed below.
Gateway DX4200 Desktop Series [Part #DX4200]
Gateway LX4200 Desktop Series [Part #LX4200]
Gateway LX6200 Desktop Series [Part #LX6200]
I searched for the LX6200 and found it was shipped with 2 different network devices. They're described as follows:
NETWORK_MARVELL_10.51.3.3.zip - Marvell Network Driver
Supports:
Windows Vista (32-bit)
Note: Version: 10.51.3.3
WIRELESS_REALTEK_6.1070.0123.2007.zip - Realtek Wireless Driver
Supports:
Windows Vista (32-bit)
Note: Version: 6.1070.0123.2007
So.... since you failed to include any information (like the chipset name and number or what pc it came installed in) about the actual wlan card, we cannot tell you which driver to use.
