According to the Sony website, the drivers needed to transfer files from the camcorder are already included in Windows XP.

Transferring still photos is done via the USB cable. Transferring video is done via the firewire port. If your asking for a USB driver (that's how I translate the request).... that's used to transfer still photos to the camera.
