There are 2 different Virge drivers listed: 325drv and 375drv

Note: S3 went out of business in the late 90's. There is no official S3 website and I doubt they ever wrote XP drivers since, when they went out of business, Windows XP hadn't been thought of. You may be able to use the Windows 2000 or Windows NT4.0 drivers.
