DRIVER NEEDED: Conexant Conexant BT484 (Windows XP Professional) [PCI / ISA]

i'm a newbie here. i would like to ask how can we identify what model is my Easy TV Tuner. my friend lost the driver of this tuner and i don't knw the brand or who made this tuner. is there a tool which can identify CORRECTLY such a device? i already downloaded 3 drivers, an 878 driver, Easy TV tuner drivers but still all three didn't work please help. thanks

Who made the tv card? I'm not familiar with BT484. R U sure it's not BT848 instead? There's a sticky at the top of this forum for BT878 which might work. It also works on the BT848 chip.

thanks so much for responding. it's been over a month and i am almost giving up on finding a driver for my Easy tv tuner. I really don't knw the maker of the tuner but sometimes when my XP detects it the hardware wizard sometimes says to find driver for conexant BT 484. is there a software that can identify the device. I tried driverguide toolkit but it could not even identify it. but i will try to download your suggestions. thanks so much. i will post whatever happens next.

Get Everest / copy and paste the Computer – Summary section. Leave out the Debug –PCI section.
