Compaq/HP never shipped this machine with Windows XP installed hence they don't offer any support for it in Windows XP. It's has Intel® GMA 3100 Graphics/Intel® G31 Express Chipset for graphics (according to the specs page below.)

And the motherboard is a
MS-7525 (Boston) OEM board. It's possible MSI will have drivers but I doubt HP/Compaq would allow them to distribute the drivers.
It doesn't appear that Intel has a Windows XP driver for the Video. This
Intel® Desktop Board DG33BU uses the same video chipset and Intel only supports it in Windows Vista.
If you are unable to locate a XP compatible driver from Intel or Compaq, this software program should help:
