DRIVER NEEDED: American Megatrends ethernet controller dirver (Windows 2000 Workstation)

My computer is rather generic.... it has an AMD processor but upon start up it says "American Megatrends" in the top corner of the screen. Also, I am looking for a network controller driver.... all help greatly appreciated.

American Megatrends wrote the bios that's in the system. We cannot help until you say what pc brand and model you have and say whether the NIC is integrated or add-on. And it might help if you say what network controller is in the machine.
