I have a new computer with OS Vista, instead of Windows XP. For my scanner: Medion flatbed scanner MD42666 is no Vista driver available, so my scanner does'nt work.

Can you help me?

I've read where this scanner is the same as a Microtek Scanmaker 4900. You might check this list to see if Vista drivers exist:
