Lesson learned is always keep important disks in a safe place that you won't forget their location. This becomes a very important step when the manufacturer does not make drivers available such as this one. The other consideration is backup, neither will do you any good after the fact.
A Everex Impact GD3300 is not a motherboard, it's a pc brand and model.

About all I can suggest is to first identify the hardware, then google for it's driver. You can use Everest Home Edition or you can also get some hardware info from the Product Page link above. The other choice is to ask Everex for help.
