DRIVER NEEDED: Matsonic Matsonic MS9337C(+) (Windows XP Professional) [SCSI]

Hi.
I need the update BIOS for this motherboard. It supports SATA devices but i cant install any. Sata options does not show on BIOS menu and dont work with SATA drivers already installed on XP.

it didn't say what version of bios

also if know the the sata chip maker an model mite try their site for driver

Thank you for the help KaptCrunch.
I really was able to update my BIOS at least at the point the date changed from 2002 to 2003.
But im still not able to detect my DVD-SATA device. Rather on the BIOS features or Windows.
Seems like there is a recent BIOS somewhere, but i cant find it... its make me crazy and thinking i spent my money for nothing.

Any other suggestions? Anyone... plz?!
