DRIVER NEEDED: ATI ATI Mobility Radeon X1600, 256 MB (512) (Windows XP Professional) [PCI / ISA]

Updated graphics driver for ASUS W2J laptop running ATI Mobility Radeon X1600, 256 MB (512) please!

Pulling my hair out trying to get a race game working on my pc. The game is 'Racedriver Grid' from Codemaster.

My pc meets their recommendations, except for the version of my graphics driver and therefore crashes.

I currently run ATI version = 8.242-060328a1-032677C

Have also tried version = 8.301.-060926a-036792C-ATI, but that one is specified by Codemaster as not compliant with this game.

Unfortunately ATI does not provide updated drivers for ASUS laptop computers and ASUS only have version 8.242 to supply, which clearly doesn't work.

Please assist!
