[urgent] BIOS UPDATE NEEDED: Matsonic MS8137C (Windows XP Professional)

I have a little problem.

I have a MATSONIC MS8137C mobo with AMD Sempron 2500+ ~1800MHz Processor.

But the mobo is old, so the sempron works on 1050MHz only.

Will a bios flash solve the problem and where do I get it?
