Memorex 256MG thumb drive

1. I have Memorex 128 Mg thumb drine that works fine. Idecieded to get a 256 meg Memeorx thumb dribe but my system will not recognize this drive. Anyone has a solution MicroSoft didnot help much.

2. The microsoft aotomatic update dosenot work either. I get ascreen that wants me to log in as other admin. I tried but the system rejects it. Help.

3. Need directx 9.0 where can I fine other that MS site.
