DRIVER NEEDED: Perfect Choice Perfect Choice PC 320425 webcam (Windows XP Home) [USB]

Hello,

I recently bought a Perfect Choice PC 320425 webcam. It is supposed to be plug and play, but it does not work on my computer. I am running Windows xp home. It recognized that I plugged in a usb camera, but when it tries to install it I just get an error message that says cannot find the appropriate software. This didn't come with a cd, so I am lost. Please help. I need the drivers so I don't just have a useless camera!! Thanks a ton.

Also, under my device manager it has a question mark by other devices (USB camera ?) When I try to update the driver, it doesn't work.

Check the package again. Nowdays, manufacturers include a small 80 cm disk... you might have overlooked finding it. If no disk then contact your seller and ask for the missing disk.

all google search pages direct to websites in Spanish so I am unable to find any support site for this device.

Well, thank you for looking. There is no cd, i've checked everywhere. I did buy it in Mexico, so I suppose it makes sense that pages are in Spanish. If anyone else has any suggestions, I would sincerely appreciate it. Are there spanish forums in this website?

No I'm afraid not.... we only have a forum in English. If you can speak or have a friend who can speak the language, you might be able to find a site by googling for it. I looked thru about 200 pages and did not find anything that looked like a support page..... mostly companies who only sell this device.
