I had the same problem finding a driver, and yes the .zip file in the reference link is password protected. However, I found that the Cisco Aironet MPI-350 is an IBM card. It is IBM part number 26P8435. If you search the IBM/Lenovo sites for the ThinkPad R32, T30, X30, you can find drivers. I downloaded file 1kwc42ww.exe from the IBM/Lenovo site. I expanded this file. It is IDENTICAL to the password protected .zip file. I used these drivers on a Dell Inspiron 8600 and the wireless card was recognized and seems to be working fine.
