Thank you Jerry for the response! I have tried the e4me.com site and when I download Soundmax it says that there is no driver. So I took someones advice about the Everest scan and found that this is the driver that I need. It is an Emachine M2352. Any more suggestions that would be great!!

Seems to be a dead link now

This is the audio used on the Packard Bell IGO J6N laptop, a plain looking silver thing using ALI chipsets for most parts, and an IGA 34xm RADEON video chipset.
