and btw, PcTel doesn't build modems, they only build modem chipsets. You'd have a better chance at finding the correct driver if you name the modem manufacturer and also name the brand and model of pc it came pre-installed in. Lots of vendors and modem makers used the PcTel PCT688 v.92 chipset.
