You cannot get Windows drivers for any optical drive because none exist other than what comes built-in to the Windows XP os. You don't install an optical drive, Windows does it for you. Windows does not notify the user of new hardware found like it does with other pc hardware. You don't even know it's installed until you look in My Computer or Device Manager and see it listed there.
What is wrong that makes you thing you need drivers? Is the drive not listed in My Computer and Device Manager? If it's not then you have a problem called "NON-DETECTION". A problem that's easily fixed by reading and following the instructions in the STICKY in this forum.
