DRIVER NEEDED: Matsonic ms8308ep (Windows XP Professional)

I need a Matsonic ms8308ep(266) bios update.
The mainboard works, but:
- I get 2 beeps after POST(beep) and says CMOS Battery Low and CMOS Memory Size Wrong, press either F1 or F2
- after the reset, no more POST. (I have to take out the power cord from the Mainboard and also the BIOS battery and then reset the BIOS from the jumper and wait a few minutes in order to get POST again, with same msg)

I've changed 3 batteryes so far
I hope the BIOS chip isnt damaged

I don't think there is an official Matsonic website any more. This site is an unofficial website and I don't know if you get get any drivers there or not:

Also check the jumpers. I think that you need to set the 2nd jumper (to the left of the MB's ribbon cable connections) to short pins 2-3. When you short pins 1-2, on this second jumper, it functions to reset the CMOS/BIOS memory, and its settings. This jumper is characterized by the color red (on my Matsonic motherboard). The only other "red" jumper is one next to the motherboard's power connector.

Hi all , maybe too late, but for Matsonic mobo there is no driver problem with BIOS , just wrong system settings in BIOS :

1. Set BIOS clock (time, data, and zone must be perfect match according to Win Time Server).

2. Press F3 for detection of all HDD's and CD's on system.

3. (Important !) Find DOS extended memory and turn it to 64 MB. (wrong size is 16 MB. - that's the problem of error CMOS battery low / or CMOS size wrong)
