Please provide additional info. What pc brand and model is this device installed in? Or is it on a retail motherboard? Finding a single file is very difficult, it's hard enough finding a driver when you provide information about the sound device. But it sounds like you have a sound device by Cmedia (CMI).
Perhaps (unless you have a laptop) you can find what you need on the [url=http://www.cmedia.com.tw/]Cmedia website[urll]. If this device is on a laptop/notebook, you will need to get drivers from the laptop manufacturer as laptops cannot use generic drivers.
