I'm not familiar with any sound card maker named Esonice. However, I did find this website: http://www.esonic.com.tw/esonic/inde...=4 &Itemid=54

but it looks to be only for monitors and tv's. I've been in pc business for over 20 years (in the USA) and I've never heard of this brand.

Are you quoting the actual sound card model number? Does it have a esonic chipset or one of the more common chipsets like Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMax, or Sigmatel?
