I recently purchased a Canon PIXMA MP 600. For the most part this printer is what I hoped it would be. I am still trying to figure out all the options it has available. My issue is with the scanner; it does not allow me to scan directly to PaperPort 9.0. When I contacted Canon (multiple times) they walked me thru a number of different fixes without any success. I am using windows 200o and that selection was available on installation and Canon said that is not the problem. Canon's final assumption was that PaperPort was using a Twain driver and the printer uses a WIA driver. Canon then told me to contact PaperPort to solve the problem. When I did contact PaperPort (by phone and email)they wanted $10 just to talk to me with no guarantee of solving the problem so I am still looking for other solutions before I go that route. Any ideas?
