plz any body help me for important a have mother board soltek sl-915g and i have processor pentium dual-core 1.6 \1 mb fsb 800 and didnt start the board what can i do i think i need bios update if any one had my bios help me or say what can i do plz my mail : no.email.addys@allowed.com

There are few (if any) Soltek websites left. If it's not listed on driverguide.com we cannot help.

Are you saying the board fails to start? Has it ever? If it did at one time and now it doesn't, how is that an indication of a new bios needed? Please explain. The purpose of a bios update is to add features to a motherboard. It will not revived a dead motherboard.

thanks for ur reply but my board start on another processor like 2.8\256 800 Mhz fsb
and when i but my new processor didnt start i think this board need update bios becase i had this error at last in anouther motherboard and i make it and worked perfect but at this one i cant find any bios to this board becase the site didnt work so i what from any one can find this bios help me

So I understand now. Your board is not dead, it only requires a new bios to be able to see/support the newer processor. Not uncommon, but the issue is not with the actual bios update rather where to find it. It's not on driverguide.com and not on any Soltek website (that I can find) so it's not that we don't want to help, we can't because of non-availability. Soltek has all but disappeared in the last 6 months.
