DRIVER NEEDED: Chicony LTD USB 2.0 (Windows Vista) [USB]

I am using a Toshiba Satellite A205-S4607 Laptop. The Camera is installed above the LCD screen. I tried downloading the camera driver from their site but continue to get an error saying that some of the information is old or missing. The file I downloaded is util_camera_25757C.exe
