I have usb driver for windows xp but it is not working for windows vista

According to their manual for the MT841 this product wasn't shipped with drivers.

Open the shipping carton and carefully remove all items. Ascertain that you have:

l One MT841 ADSL Gateway
l Two twisted-pair telephone cable
l One straight-through Ethernet cable
l One USB cable
l One dedicated power adapter
l One Splitter
l One Quick Installation Guide
l One Warranty Card
l One Qualification certificate

6. How to configure in the Windows XP Pro operating system to access the Internet?

Windows XP Pro operating system has built-in PPPoE dial-up application. Click at Network to initiate a connection, select connection type DSL and thus a PPPoE connection is set up.

No other Windows mentioned so looks like it was made just for XP.

You could try contacting them to see if there is plans for releasing any Vista drivers.

SmartAX MT841 install on vista and se7en.
1.the solution was invented by me. install the motherboard cd on ur comp. the disk might not be supported directly but browse and install the ethernet port or LAN port.
2.restart.
3.plug in the lan wire to the modem and the other end to the comp.
4.restart.
5.make a new VPN/Dial up wizard and enter ur username and password.
6. use the internet without interruption.
