Did this device come pre-installed or integrated in a retail Asus motherboard or in a Mecer Solo machine or is it an add-on device?

Who did you get it from? ie: the manufacturer or vendor?

What is the country of origin or the country you live in?

If it came pre-installed in a Mecer machine, I would think you could get support from the manufacturer/vendor of the machine.
