Unfortunately, HP doesn't offer free sound drivers for this machine.

According to their
Specs Page for this machine, it should contain a
Realtek ALC 880 audio chipset. You can try the
Realtek website to see if drivers are available or you can order a recovery cd from HP from the first link in this post.
