need file and i know its here somewhere

i accidentally deleted two windows sys 32 driver files and now my cd rom and my lomega usb wont work. The device manager shows them listed but when i try to update the driver to put the driver back it says driver is missing or corrupted. One of the file names is CDR4_2K.SYS' and i went to compaq site as i have a compaq 350 deskpro and it said the driver was on this site. I entered the driver file name and it doesnt show any entries.
