I've searched long and finally found a working solution for the

Artec AS6E / dexxa 4800 / Espon 610 XP DRIVER

Step 1: Download the "as6e133a.exe" version of the driver, not an other one:

(the 136 version doesnt work)

read this, how to run the - extracted!!- file in compatibility mode (otherwise you get an error message):

or read this:
"Extract downloaded driver file to your local hard drive for easier retrieval.
Locate the folder from the extraction and highlight the “setup” icon; right click on mouse and select properties.
Locate the “Compatibility” tab.
Check the box labeled “ Run this program for compatibility mode:”
Select “Windows Win98” and finish the setup by clicking “ok”.
Run the setup.exe file and follow the onscreen procedure for driver installation.
