does your scanner have an FCC ID #? If so, you need to post it. Never heard of Genx. It's not a common model sold or used in North America.

probably fCC ID is RCFA4601EU

if u can help it would be gr8. the drivers already on this forum for genx scanner dont work.

I suspect that RCFA4601EU is a model number. I only found 2 scanners made by Genx. You can find them here:
