Hello,

Can only get this unit to work as a CD RW and DVD player. I have searched google, toshiba, download.com, etc trying to find the correct DVD RW driver. Where can I go please?

Optical drives NEVER require a driver other than what the os provides natively. Recording support is handled by the recording software. You didn't state what version of Nero you have installed. If your drive supports DVD RW (do you mean DVD-RW or DVD+RW?) then you should have no trouble providing you have the newer version of Nero (ie: v6.x).
