This is usually a chip on the motherboard rather than a separate card... what motherboard or brand of computer and model number do you have?

Well I would like to elaborate on this and give my problem if that's ok.

I was just given a old PC, so I wipe the HD, clean it up, load Windows....but it won't connect to the internet.

Device Manager showed a few question marks, so I was trying to find a driver and came here.

I have a Machspeed MSNV-939 Motherboard. And need help getting it online.
Theres another problem but we'll save that one.

Perhaps the "unified driver package" contains drivers for the ethernet. It's not listed otherwise.
