Screen Problems with Samsung V25

I have a problem with my Samsung V25 screen. Most of the time it is completely distorted and blurred. How con I demagnetise (is that the English word for it?)? Or does someone konw another solution? Please help me!

this is usually caused by improper windows monitor settings.

set the display settings to 800x600 at 60khz refresh then work up from there,
IE set to 800x600@70khz then try 1024x768@70 khz. at some point you will determinet the monitor or video card limits.
