Optical drives do not require any driver other than what comes natively packaged with the operating system. It provides the read a data or music disk support. I think administrators need to rename this forum from "CD/DVD Request Board" to "Please State What Your Problem Is Board". and include some details, otherwise we have no way to help you. The best advice I can offer is to read some of the threads in this forum. All questions and answers about cd/dvd drives have already been addressed. But this requires you to read. Is there are particular reason why you are using ROXIO EASY DVD COPY on a reader drive?
