DRIVER NEEDED: HLDS gdr 81613b (Windows XP Professional) [IDE]

I am not sure if I need a driver for this dvd-rom drive. But when I play DVDs the screen is green and distorted, my sound is good, it looks like I am watching a blocked channel. HELP!!!

Sounds like a problem with your dvd decoding software. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling it (or upgrade it to a newer version).
