HSP is not a modem manufacturer, it's a term meaning Host Signal Processing. A fancy name for a 6 dollar modem that depends on the host cpu to help it along with it's job. While HSP56 MR may be a correct model number, I don't have a clue who built your modem or where to get a driver for it.
