Yep. 2 types of EDUP card I have installed so far, both bought on eBay AU, both came with an install mini CD, both work really well. Purchased from http://stores.ebay.com.au/Infoserver-Online-Store

PCI - the driver identified itself as Broadcom, XP Device Manager calls it a Broadcom Network Adaptor.

PCMCIA - the driver identified itself as RaLink. So far, it's running better than the Netgear adaptor it's replacing.

Both drivers have been uploaded to this site & are awaiting approval.

approval is not necessary for links... it's only required before links become valid and downloadable. Links are available immediately after uploading is finished.

You can tip your hat off. Here is what i've done: After getting all the problems described here, i instaled diferently.

Execute the setup from the cd first
Plug the adapter
After getting the error of hardware not instaled and corrupted driver
Right click on the adapter on device manager tha has the exclamation mark.
Click update driver
Select "No, not at this time"
Next
Select "Install from a specific location"
Next
Select "Don't search. I will chose the driver to install"
Next
And select "EDUP IEEE 802.11b+g USB adapter"
Next
and "Continue anyway"

And the adapter works just fine, including the management software that isn't such a piece of crap.. It's simple, but it works.

Hope that this helps everyone.
