What device driver?

Hey,

Im trying to activiate my infrared/wireless feature on my toshiba a 30 laptop. It seems to be present but no matter what I do it will not recognise my phone. Even though the settings is activated to show an icon on the taskbar there is no sign of it.

I think i need a new device driver, does anyone know where i can download one and what type
